I've spent my career supporting people across healthcare, education, and insurance benefits, coordinating sensitive cases and keeping records and processes moving. The work I enjoy most is helping managers set their teams up to deliver on what the business needs, and I'm open to HR roles across the board, especially HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRBP, and HRGA.
What I want from an HR role is what I have done for seven years: records that are right, cases handled before they grow, and managers who get what they need to run their teams.
I'm open to HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRBP, and HRGA roles in Jakarta. If you're hiring for one of them, I'd be glad to hear from you.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
